80cm Free Race Wind Foil

It took me a lot of time but I fully enjoyed the construction of my second windsurf board. This time it's a 80cm wide Free Race Foil board in a full carbon sandwich construction. It works perfect!

Thanks Pat! Complete with Straps and pads it weights 9.7kg. Not the lightest but it's strong and solid. I've tested it and it work extremely well. It's all I need to start foiling.

Looks great ! What did you use to get that translucid blue overt the textrem especially, some pigments in  a PU Varnish, in an Epoxy finishing coat ?
And could you give the details on the fabrics (gr per m2) you used  for the top and bottom sandwiches ? 

It's pigmented uv stabilized epoxy. I used a mix of pigment powder and some normal epoxy pigment. In regards to the layup: bottom is 106gsm plain weave glass with a large 150gsm biax carbon fin / foil patch. 5mm pvc foam.150gsm carbon again with reinforcement around the foil box . Top layer: 106gsm plain weave glass with a large 150gsm biax carbon fin / foil patch. 3mm pvc foam.150gsm biax carbon with extra biax carbon reinforcements under the foot straps and nose. Also the textreme strip was added.
